Mounir Lahbi
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Mounir holds a degree in Management from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He began his career in consulting, building a strong foundation in strategy and analysis. His experience as a semi-professional footballer developed a deep connection with sport, leading him to complete an MBA in Sport Management and broaden his expertise through roles within leading organisations.
He worked at Sky Italia as a Business Analyst, focusing on competitive analysis and commercial strategy development. He later joined Real Madrid's Global Strategy & Partnerships department, working in an international and multicultural environment. At KNIT, Mounir leads the company's vision and business development, creating opportunities that help athletes and sports organisations maximise their potential.

Pavel Nedved
Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer
Having grown up in an elite sporting environment, Pavel transformed his football background into an academic and professional path focused on sports management and business development, completing an MBA in Sport Management at the Real Madrid Graduate School.
With experience in banking and financial consulting, Pavel leads KNIT's commercial strategy, relationships with clients and partners, and the development of new market opportunities.

Ivana Nedved
Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Ivana brings together a background in sport and international marketing. Having grown up in an elite sporting environment, she developed a direct understanding of the world of professional athletes.
After studying Luxury Brand Management and International Marketing, she gained experience with leading organisations including Vogue Italia, Alfa Romeo and the Italian National Olympic Committee. At KNIT, Ivana leads brand positioning and communications, creating authentic connections between the company, athletes and its audiences.
